  • Astraea Pharmaceuticals accepts no responsibility for confirming the importation requirements and regulations of the purchaser and the purchasers country/state of origin. All products are shipped at the risk of the purchaser in agreement with our declaration of holding us unaccountable towards any legal action that might be brought against the purchaser if not acting in accordance with the regulations and importation laws of the destination country and or state.
  • Since laws differ from country to country and state to state, the purchaser is responsible for knowing the regulations and restrictions of purchasers country/state and your personal liability in such circumstances. Astraea Pharmaceuticals accepts no responsibility for your country/states laws and will not check requirements upon the purchaser’s behalf. Tracking of parcels, status updates and communication requirements to and from the government, customs and postal agencies will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
  • I declare that I have a prescription for the drugs I ordered and or import permits for any products purchased from the Astraea Pharmaceuticals website.
  • I remove/absolve Astraea Pharmaceuticals from any legal action which may be brought by the importation or physical effects of the chemicals or medicines.
  • I understand Astraea Pharmaceuticals has a zero-refund policy.
  • I understand that once I have been given my order tracking number it is my responsibility to track, receive, recover and collect my parcel and communicate with my national postal carrier in all instances relating to my parcels location or status.
  • We are not responsible for postal services errors, delays nor incorrect address provided by customer.
  • We are unable to ship to apo, or any military addresses.
  • We reserve the right to ship orders up to 5-8 business days after your payment is confirmed.

  • I have read, understood, and accept to be bound by the policies and terms set forth in the Terms & Refunds.

Refunds

  • All sales are final – No refunds are allowed.
